SoulCollage® was created twenty years ago by collage artist and psychotherapist, Seena Frost. In this soul-tending process, you contact your intuition and begin to create an incredible deck of cards that reflect the many aspects of you. Simply by trusting your inner wisdom, you will be guided to find images from magazines and various sources that seem to ‘call to you’. These images are then intuitively arranged and pasted onto matt-boards in ways that communicate the unique language of your soul and tell your on-going ‘Story’.

No prior artistic ability is required. It is like creating your own personal deck of oracle cards, for each card will find its place in one of four unique suits. (click here to view some examples of SoulCollage® Cards)

Once you have created even one card, the deeper magic begins… for through the specific techniques in writing activities, visualisation and ‘readings’, you will begin to hear the ‘voice’ and guidance of each card as they serve to assist you on your life‘s journey.

As Meister Eckhart, the twelfth century, Christian mystic and poet, states: “When the soul wishes to experience something, she throws an image of the experience before her and enters into her own image."
